Luego de examinar dicha Solicitud y habiendo determinado que el Titular Registral tiene derecho al registro de
la marca conforme a las disposiciones del Articulo 18 de la Ley Núm. 63 de 14 de agosto de 1991, según
enmendada, esta marca ha sido registrada y el registro permanecerá en vigor por diez (10) años, sujeto al
cumplimiento con la legislación aplicable.

The Registrant sought the registration of the referenced mark for the following goods or services:

After examination of the Application and having determined that the Registrant has the right to the registration
of the mark pursuant to Article 18 Act No. 63 of August 14, 1991, as amended, this mark has been registered
and shall remain in full force and effect for ten (10) years, subject to compliances with the applicable legislation.
