to travel to Jefferson City, MO or Topeka, KS to
meet with state legislators about issues that impact
immigrants and refugees in our states, including:

Make your voice heard as the legislatures
in Missouri and Kansas begin their
important work for the 2007 sessions!
After a joint briefing and material distribution, participants will
divide into teams within each of the two states and travel by bus
to their respective state capitols for visits with elected officials.
You must RSVP by Friday, January 19, 2007 to reserve your space on the bus and
your meals, but there is no cost for participating in the Lobby Day. Call Melinda Lewis

Después de una orientación y distribución de materiales, los
participantes se dividirán en sus equipos para viajar en autobús al
capitolio de su estado para las visitas con los legisladores. Hay
traducción de español al ingles disponible para los que la necesitan.
Tiene que registrarse antes del 19 de enero para reservar su lugar en el autobús y su
