Homework is given Monday - Thursday. Hay tarea de Lunes a Jueves. 2. No homework or projects assigned over the weekend or breaks. No habra tarea ni proyectos durante los fines de semana ni días festivos 3. Some long-term projects may span over the weekends, but not over breaks. Long term projects are given well in advance and students are given a timeline to complete. Tuesday, September 17, 13 EXPECTATIONS/EXPECTATIVAS 1. Students will work on homework for at least 20 minutes a day in a quiet, non-distracting setting. If homework is incomplete or not turned in, students will stay after-school in our AFP program for an hour. Parents will be notified on the day students are required to stay. If a student fails to stay after-school to complete homework, he/she will be assigned after-school detention for 1 1/2 hour.
