10th April, 2012 01412 MILA Companies take over the Continent - - Analysts will be able to have better information about each country’s most important companies. The most important companies in the Integrated Latin America Market (MILA) will be making special presentations to the portfolio analysts and managers in the region during the second quarter 2012. There will be a complete agenda of presentations in Santiago, Bogota, Medellin and Lima. The idea, according to the stock markets and CSDs which participate in the MILA, is for the economic analysts of the three countries to take a closer look at the companies listed in the MILA; so that based on this knowledge, they will be able to provide their customers a more solid advise on how to make better investment decisions. The first destination in holding the so called “MILA DAY”, as this academic event has been named, will be Peru. During the 11th and 12th of April, in Lima, analysts from Colombia and Chile will be able to meet representatives from local companies, such as Exalmar, Bbva Continental, Cementos Pacasmayo, Buenaventura, Volcán, Credicorp and Andino Neptunia, as well as from Alicorp, Graña and Montero, Río Alto and Ferreyros, who will show their companies historical records and their development perspectives. On the 10th and 11th of May it will be Colombia’s turn, when Chilean and Peruvian visitors shall meet with representatives from companies from different sectors of the Colombian economy. During the first day in Bogota, the attendants will meet with representatives from such companies as the Grupo Aval, Davivienda, Interbolsa, Ecopetrol, AviancaTaca, Biomax and Pacific Rubiales, as well as with senior management from ETF iShares Colcap, who will make a presentation about this product. The session on the following day will take place in Medellin, a city where they shall meet senior management from important companies, such as Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana, Tablemac, Grupo Bancolombia, Argos, Isa, Nutresa, Colinversiones (new name Celsia) and Grupo Éxito. Finally, in Santiago de Chile, on the 14 th and 15th of June, Peruvian and Colombian analysts will repeat the experience, and they shall be able to obtain better firsthand information about the issuers listed in this country.
