up to the day when the service is to be provided. In this case, compensation payable by Magic Ways will be limited to the price
paid to Magic Ways. Departure and arrival times and routes used are given as an indication only. Magic Ways could not be faulted
for any delay in case of congestion. Tickets are given in the shuttle only. The shuttle is not equipped for disabled people. TRAIN :
Magic Ways is not liable for any delay, modification or cancelation on RER’s journey. Possible delivery at your hotel (only in Paris).

faulted for any train delay or strike. By agreeing this Terms & Conditions the user also agrees with the Specific Partners Conditions

está adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida - TREN : Magic Ways no es responsable en caso de retraso, supresión
o modificación del trayecto del RER. La recogida de billetes se hace en la agencia Magic Ways. Entrega posible a su hotel
(solo en Paris). Mediante la aceptación de estos términos y condiciones, el usuario, también acepta las Condiciones Específicas de los Socios eventualmente aplicables.
