HALF-YEAR INFORMATION: SHAREHOLDERS OF 10% OR MORE OF THE SHARE
CAPITAL OF ZINKIA ENTERTAINMENT, S.A.
List of shareholders with an interest above 10% of the share capital known to the Company:

JOMACA 98, S.L., holder of 64,71% of the share capital.

Mr. Miguel Valladares García, holder of 11,20% of the share capital.
The Company is not cognizant of the existence of other shareholders with an interest equal to
or above 10% of the share capital.
