What information will CBRE
collect?
In addition to the above, CBRE will store a copy of your passport and/or national ID card.
What will CBRE do with this
information?
The details you have provided above may be used for any of the following purposes:
The Property may be monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras that record
and store images of you, your family and guests to the Property. Such recordings form
part of the information collected and retained by CBRE.

Providing property management services.

Regular tenant communications regarding the Property, eg. fire drills or pest control.

Managing repairs, maintenance and adaptations to the Property.

Ensuring tenancy obligations are complied with.

Handling any complaints related to the Property

To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, or respond to police requests.

To carry out credit checks, detect, investigate and prevent fraud and to trace debtors.
Who will see my information?
CBRE may share the information with: its employees, subcontractors that are involved in
providing services to the Property, the landlord of the Property, and other third parties as
required for the purposes set out above.
Amending your information
Please notify us if any of the above information changes and we will amend our records.
Ownership of the information
CBRE collects your information in its role as an agent for the landlord. The landlord is
therefore the owner of all data we have relating to the Property and its tenants.
What happens to my data
when my tenancy ends?
When you leave the Property, you may request that we delete your information. This can
be done: upon receiving a written request; once we are satisfied that you have no
outstanding debts in relation to your tenancy; and, with the consent of the landlord.
What about when CBRE stops
managing the property?
When CBRE’s management of the Property finishes, we will pass this information
together with all other Property-related documents, to the landlord. At the landlord’s
request, we may instead pass the information to the incoming new Property Manager.
