FUDGE BROWNIE
PEANUT BUTTER CAKE

This has an amazing texture
and flavor just like a real
oven-baked brownie. For a
special treat top with sugarfree ice cream & hot fudge.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter, very soft
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sweetener
1 egg yolk
0.25 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp SF chocolate chips
Instructions:
Mix together all the
ingredients in a large mug.
Microwave for 1 minute.

This is light and fluffy with a
mild peanut flavor. To kick it
up thin some peanut butter
with a bit of nut milk and
drizzle it on after cooking.

1/2 tsp cinnamon

ingredients in a large mug.
Microwave for 1 minute 30
seconds.

1/2 tbsp sweetener
1/2 tbsp SF chocolate chips
Instructions:
Mix together the cake
ingredients in a large mug. Mix
topping separately and spoon
on top. Top with chocolate
chips. Microwave for 1 minute.
