Download EnbioServiceTool.zip 2. Unzip to your computer 3. Install driver coresponding to your operating system: Operating system File Windows 7 32 bits VCP_V1.5.0_Setup_W7_x86_32bits Windows 7 64 bits VCP_V1.5.0_Setup_W7_x64_64bits Windows 8/10/11 32 bits VCP_V1.5.0_Setup_W8_x86_32bits Windows 8/10/11 64 bits VCP_V1.5.0_Setup_W8_x64_64bits 4. Double click on Enbio Service Tool Installer.exe 5. After installation you can find shortcut on your desktop. 6. Application is ready to use. CONNECTION PROCEDURE 1. Turn off device (Enbio S / Pro autoclave). 2. Connect device to your computer by usb cable. 3. Power on device. 4. Click Find Device. HINT 1 To check if driver is proper installed and device is recognized by your computer open Control Panel -> Device Manager. HINT 2 Some operating system cannot recognized device if bluetooth is turned on. Switch it off and try again. Counters tab - READING INFORMATION Counters: • Total process • HEPA • Service • First process Serial Number Date & time on device DIP Switch state Firmware version Click Refresh to read current values Counters tab – CHANGING VALUES Clear log history - Clear error history (visible in service screen) Change serial number: write value to save and click Change Reset Service - Reseting days and cycles to service Date & time: click Update to change time to time from your computer Clear all - Writing 0 to Total process / HEPA / Service Counters: Write Change value to save in device then click Change. Change All: save Change value (Total process / HEPA / Service) to device Counters tab – Replacement device The limit is automatically reset when EnbioServiceTool connects to the device. To change the cycle limit for the Replacement Device enter the value and click Write. Option only avaiable if connected device is recognized as Replacement Device. Control tab – control output & read sensors Click ON to open valve Click OFF to close valve Control heaters and pumps – ON / OFF Locking door – DO NOT OPEN DURING STERILIZATION PROCESS Read live data from temperatures and pressure sensors Log tab – read log and decode errors Choose file: select log to read Show basic information from log: - Serial number - Firmware ver. - Process nb. - Process type - Error number Decode errors: convert code to list of errors Save to file: save decoded log to file Open chart: visualize values from log on chart. Select data to be printed (pressure, process / chamber / steam generator temp.) – see next slide Zoom or save chart to image file Other tab – send log to Enbio service By application you can directly send uploaded log to Enbio Service Department Fill: • Service name or service technician first & last name • Service address • Phone number • Email contact address • Short description of problem or failure Click Send.
