Study ownership and possessive adjectives on p. 56. Do 2-9 and 2-10. Write
the answers for 2-12 in your WORD document.
Learn the verb SER, page 58. Do 2-13 and 2-14 on paper.
Study adjectives on p. 60-61. Do 2-17 and 2-18 in your WORD document. If
you don´t know who the person is, use Google.
Read Encuentro Cultural p. 64-65. If you don't understand something, post
your question to the discussioin board. You are expected to understand all of
the readings. You will be tested on them.
Study the nationalities and do 2-23 and 2-24 on paper. Try this web

Study -ER and -IR verbs on p. 70. Do 2-29 and 2-30 on paper. Do 2-32 in
your WORD document.
Study TENER and idiomatic expression on p. 72. Do 2-33 and 2-34 on
paper. Answer the questions in 2-36 in your WORD document.
Study the numbers on p. 74. Do 2-37 and 2-38 on paper.
Do the ¡A repasar! on page 76-77.
Watch the video about the students in Puerto Rico. Do Después de ver p. 70,
Paso 1, Paso 2, and Paso 3 on paper.
Do ¡A Leer! on p. 81 on a piece paper.
Write your answers to Paso 1 of the ¡A Escribir! on p. 83 on a piece of paper.
Write a 15 sentence composition describing five different family members in
three sentences. Use the KISS principle--keep it simple silly. Don't use a
dictionary! Use what you are learning in class. Add it to your WORD
document.
Example:
Mi padre se llama Bob. Tiene cuarenta años. Trabaja en Honeywell.
Mi madre se llama Rita. Es morena. Es mexicana.
Mi hermano se llama Charlie. Es gordo. Estudia español.
Mi tía se llama Ana. Vive en California. Mira la televisión todos los días.
Mi abuelo se llama Antonio. Es mayor. Come mucho.
