Lionel Martin, a racing driver, and Robert Bamford, an engineer, founded the company
in London, United Kingdom. Initially, the company was called "Bamford & Martin Ltd."

Aston Martin's headquarters are located in Gaydon, in the United Kingdom. The
headquarters serve as a hub for creativity and development for the brand.
