1.
Tyrestationen, hvorfra sæden stammer, er godkendt og overvåget af Fødevarestyrelsen./
The collection and processing centre, from where the semen originates, is authorised and supervised by the Danish
Veterinary and Food Administration./
El centro de recolección y procesamiento, de donde procede el semen se encuentra autorizado y supervisado por la
Administración Veterinaria y de Alimentos de Dinamarca.
2.
Tyrestationen har en fortegnelse over sine aktiviteter, som gemmes minimum to år efter udførsel af sæd, med henblik på

The collection and processing centre has a record of its activities which it keeps, at a minimum, for two years
following the exportation of semen, in order to present it to the competent health authority in the event of an
inspection./

los dos años consecutivos a la exportación de semen para presentarlo a la autoridad sanitaria competente en caso de

Alle tyre på tyrestationen er underlagt test på et laboratorium, som er godkendt af myndighederne i eksportlandet, for
sygdomme nævnt nedenfor og med nedenstående diagnostiske tests i overensstemmelse med metoder anbefalet af OIE./
All of the bulls in the semen collection centre are submitted to tests, by a laboratory which is approved by the
authorities of the exporting country, for the diseases below and with the below diagnostic tests, in accordance with
the methods recommended by the OIE./
Todos los toros en los centros de recolección de semen son sometidos a pruebas por un laboratorio aprobado por las
autoridades del país exportador en lo que se refiere a las enfermedades siguientes y con las pruebas diagnósticas
siguientes, según métodos recomendados por la OIE.

Sæden stammer fra et insemineringscenter, der er godkendt af Colombia, og den er indsamlet, håndteret og opbevaret i
overensstemmelse med bestemmelserne i den nuværende OIE’s Terrestrial Animal Health Code, og tyrene har opholdt sig
i mindst 6 måneder i området for placeringen for insemineringscentret./
The semen comes from an insemination centre which is authorised by Colombia; it has been taken, handled and
stored in compliance with the provisions of the current OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code, and the bulls have
remained for at least six (6) months in the area of the location of the insemination centre./
El semen proviene de un centro de inseminación habilitado por Colombia, ha sido tomado, manipulado, y almacenado
conforme a lo dispuesto en el Código Sanitario para los Animales Terrestres de la OIE vigente, y los bovinos donantes

The bovine donors have remained in an Artificial Insemination centre where there have been no cases of Bovine
Genital Campylobacteriosis during their stay; and
The semen cultures and preputial samples of the bovine donor have given negative results for the detection of the
agent which causes bovine genital Campylobacteriosis./

Donorerne har opholdt sig på et insemineringscenter, hvor alle dyrene var fri for enzootisk kvægleukose, da sæden blev
opsamlet(2), eller
Donorerne var negative for 2 immunodiffusion prøver i Agar Gel, eller til 2 indirekte ELISA test eller 2 block eller
competitiv ELISA tests, alle ved hjælp af blodprøver, den første ikke mindre end 30 dage forud for den dato, hvor sæden
blev opsamlet, og den anden ikke mindre end 90 dage efter denne dato(2), eller
Gennemført 2 gange om året med et interval på højst 6 måneder, eller hvis tyren, som har leveret sæd er yngre end 2
år gammel, skal dens mors mave være serologisk negative for immunodiffusion i Agar Gel eller indirekte ELISA eller
competetiv-eller block ELISA(2)./
The bovine donors have remained in an artificial insemination centre in which all of the animals were free of
Enzootic Bovine Leukosis when the semen was collected(2) or
The bovine donors were negative for two (2) immunodiffusion tests in Agar Gel, or to two (2) indirect ELISA tests;
or to two (2) block or competitive ELISA tests; all of these carried out using blood samples, the first no less than
thirty (30) days prior to the date on which the semen was collected, and the second no less than ninety (90) days
following this date(2); or
Carried out two (2) times per year with an interval no greater than six (6) months; or if the bull which
provided the semen is younger than two (2) years old, its mother’s womb must be serologically negative for
immunodiffusion in Agar Gel; or indirect ELISA; or competitive or block ELISA(2)./
Los bovinos reproductores donantes, han permanecido en un centro de inseminación artificial en el que todos los
animales están libres de Leucosis bovina Enzootica, en el momento de la toma del semen(2) ó
Los bovinos reproductores donantes, han resultado negativos a dos (2) pruebas de inmunodifusion en Gel de Agar,

Donorerne har opholdt sig på en tyrestation fri for IBR / infektiøs pustuløs Vulvovaginitis på det tidspunkt, hvor sæden
blev opsamlet(2), eller
Donorerne har været isoleret på tidspunktet, for opsamling af sæden, og i de følgende 30 dage, og de har været negativ i
en virusneutralisationsprøve med en inkubationstid for serum-virus blanding af 24 timer, eller en block ELISA test eller
en IgE ELISA test for kvæg vaccineret med en markør-vaccine, der udføres fra en blodprøve taget mindst 21 dage efter,

Infectious Pustular Vulvovaginitis at the time when the semen was collected(2); or
The bovine donors have been isolated at the time of collecting the semen, and for the following thirty (30) days,
and they have been negative in a virus neutralisation test with an incubation period for the serum-virus mixture of
twenty-four (24) hours; or a block ELISA test or an IgE ELISA test for bovine vaccinated with a marker vaccine,
carried out from a blood sample collected at least twenty-one days after the semen is collected(2)./
Los bovinos reproductores donantes han permanecido en un centro de Inseminación Artificial libre de Rinotraqueitis
Infecciosa Bovina/Vulvovaginitis Pustular Infecciosa en el momento de la toma del semen(2); ó
Los bovinos reproductores donantes han sido aislados en el momento de la toma del semen, y durante los treinta(30)
días siguientes, y han resultado negativos a una prueba de neutralización del virus con un periodo de incubación de la
mezcla suero –virus por veinticuatro (24) horas; o a una prueba de ELISA de bloqueo, o a una prueba de IgE ELISAs
para bovinos vacunados con una vacuna marcadora, efectuadas a partir de una muestra sanguínea tomada con un plazo
mínimo de veintiún (21) días, después de la toma del semen(2).
7.
Kravet for Bovin Virus-Diarré / BVD:/ Requirement concerning Bovine Viral Diarrhoea / Mucosal Disease:/ Requisitos
relacionados con Diarrea Viral Bovina / Enfermedad de las Mucosas
Donorerne har opholdt sig på en tyrestation, hvor alle dyrene var fri for Bovin Virus-Diarré / BVD, da sæden blev
opsamlet(2), eller
De har været isoleret i en periode på 28 dage før sæden blev opsamlet, og de var negative i en isoleret test af
dyrkningsprøver af leukocyt-celler, blod, vaskede leukocytter eller serum med tilføjelse af et immunomarkings-system
(immunoperoxydase eller fluorescens) eller identifikation af antistof i blod, plasma eller serum af antigen-ELISA test
(ERN’er-Capture ELISA) eller identifikation af agens i blodet ved en PCR test med reverse transkription (RT-PCR) (2)./
The bovine donors have remained in an Artificial Insemination centre in which all of the animals were free of
Bovine Viral Diarrhoea / Mucosal Disease when the semen was collected(2); or
They have been isolated for a period of twenty-eight (28) days before the semen was collected and they were
negative in an isolation test of cell culture samples of leukocyte cells, complete blood, washed leukocytes or serum
with the addition of an immunomarking system (Immunoperoxidase or Fluorescence) or identification of the agent
in blood, plasma or serum by the antigen-capture ELISA test (ERNS-Capture ELISAs) or the identification of the
agent in blood by a PCR test with reverse transcription (RT-PCR) (2)./
Los Bovinos Reproductores donantes han permanecido en un centro de Inseminación Artificial en el que todos los animales
han estado libres de Diarrea Viral Bovina / Enfermedad de las Mucosas, en el momento de la toma del semen(2); o
Han sido aislados antes de la toma del semen por un periodo de veintiocho(28) días y han resultado negativo a una
prueba de aislamiento en cultivo celular de muestras de células leucocitarias, sangre completa, leucocitos lavados o
suero con la adición de un sistema de inmunomarcaje (Inmunoperoxidasa o Fluorescencia)o identificación del agente en
sangre, plasma o suero por la prueba de ELISA de captura de antígenos (ELISAs de captura E RNS) o identificación del

twenty-eight (28) and sixty (60) days after the semen was collected for exportation(2);
Or,
b) They were negative in two (2) isolation tests of the virus or two (2) PCR tests carried out with blood samples which
were collected at the beginning and at the end of the semen collection period, and with intervals no greater than
seven (7) days, in the case of virus isolation; or every twenty-eight (28) days in the case of the PCR test(2)./
Independientemente del estatus sanitario de Dinamarca,
a) Resultaron negativos a una prueba de ELISA competitiva, o una prueba de Inmunodifusion en Agar Gel, efectuada
entre los veintiocho (28) y sesenta (60) días después de la última toma del semen para la exportación(2);

a) Sygdommen er anmeldepligtig;
b) Donorerne har ikke vist kliniske tegn på Lumpy skin disease på datoen, hvor sæden blev opsamlet, og i de følgende 28
dage, og
c) Donorerne har opholdt sig i et land uden Lumpy skin disease i en periode på mindst 3 måneder før den dato, hvor
sæden blev opsamlet./
a) It is obligatory to give notification of this disease;
b) The bovine donors have shown no clinical signs of Lumpy skin disease on the date on which the semen was
collected, nor in the following twenty-eight (28) days; andc) The bovine donors have remained in a country
free of Lumpy skin disease for a period of at least three (3) months prior to the date on which the semen was

por lo menos tres (3) meses anteriores a la fecha de toma del semen.
11.
Krav vedrørende kvægpest:/ Requirements concerning Cattle Plague:/ Requisitos relacionados con Peste Bovina:
Donorerne har ikke vist kliniske tegn på kvægpest på datoen, hvor sæden blev opsamlet, og heller ikke i de følgende 21
dage, og
De har opholdt sig i et land, der er fri for kvægpest eller infektion, eller i en zone, som er fri for sygdommen i mindst de 3
måneder før opsamling af sæd./
The bovine donors have shown no clinical signs of Cattle Plague on the date on which the semen was collected, nor
in the following twenty-one (21) days; and
They have remained in a country which is free of the disease or infection or in a zone which is free of the disease
for at least the three (3) months prior to the collection of the semen./

donoren og oprindelses-tyrestationen./
The diluted and treated semen has remained frozen in liquid nitrogen and separated for the period of 30 days
following the collection, the pipettes and phials have been identified, making it possible to know the date of collection,
breed, identification of the donor and the insemination centre from which it comes./
El semen diluido y tratado se ha mantenido congelado en nitrógeno líquido y separado durante el periodo de 30 días
posterior a la recolección, las pajillas o ampollas se han identificado, que permite saber la fecha de recolección, la raza, la
identificación del donante y el centro de inseminación de que procede.

Sæden er behandlet med antibiotika i overensstemmelse med OIE’s retningslinier./
The semen is treated with antibiotics in accordance with OIE regulations./
El semen es tratado con antibióticos de acuerdo con las regulaciones de la OIE.

Beholderen brugt til transport af sæden er ny og desinficeret med et godkendt desinfektionsmiddel, og er forseglet og
stemplet af den officielle kompetente veterinære myndighed i Danmark, inden der gives tilladelse til afsendelse for
forsendelsen./
The thermal container or containers for the transportation of the semen must be new and disinfected with a solution
which has been approved by the veterinary authority of the country of origin, sealed and stamped by the veterinary
authority, before authorising their transportation to the place of shipment./
El termo o termos para el trasporte del semen deben ser nuevos y desinfectados con una solución aprobada por la autoridad
sanitaria del país de origen, precintado y sellado por la autoridad de sanidad animal, antes de autorizar su trasporte al
lugar de embarque.
